Permanent block on abusive IPs

How about permanently blocking the IP address of some of the really abusive males on here? There’s loads that when they don’t get their own way or a polite no they get aggressive and abusive? Or does them paying more mean more to the site as I’m guessing guys like that are putting off the genuine women (not those that have been here for a year, still haven’t been verified or photo verified and constantly want you to meet their male friend)

hiding from cock pics.

If I understand it correctly IP address's change and are not permanent so it's not possible to permanently block one.

That’s why I’m saying block the IP, if the admin blocked the IP address they’d only be able to do a cpl of profiles before they were off for good

IP- is their server id so if they blocked it whilst they were on their home broadband they’d never be able to create another profile on that broadband again

Home broad band

Mobile network

It’s a lot harder to change it and most of the time isn’t possible so even if it only knocked off 50% imagine how much nicer the site would be

This will only work with static IP addresses.

IP addresses assigned to home broadband users change when the router is restarted.

You can't just keep blocking IP addresses or sooner or later you end up taking out an entire ISP.

What do you mean by them paying more?

This. Also, IP addresses can be spoofed with the right tools. VPN's can also give a different IP each time it is activated. IP blocking is not a reliable way to stop those issues OP.

I think the best solution is to use filters, ie block newbies and people who don't match your preferences via message filters. Also, I find that the amount of abuse I now receive has drastically reduced as I don't send back a polite no thanks anymore. If they message and I'm not interested, I take the no response route now. Always report abuse to admin then block the abuser. I find using the notes facility is very useful, reminds me of why they are on my block list in the first place!
