Blocking single men.

How can we totally block single men? We have blocked any contact by them, but they are still able to see, fab and perv over our photos. Surely, there must be a way of stopping them from seeing our photos?

Personally I think Fab should allow us to block photos fabs and views from other groups we don't want them from.

The only way to stop those you like from daring to have the audacity to look at any public pictures you post is to poke their eyes out of course (or you could always just not post pics)

For those that get irked by the pic fabs, you can turn them off

I actually thought the pics were good and if I had stumbled over them in the couples pics, I would have fabbed them without checking the profile first.

True. But this was a genuine question on the appropriate section, that we hoped admin would answer. Trouble is, some people gave a mental age of 12.

I find it a little odd that you have public pictures, then complain people are looking at them, then call those who look "saddos".

Yeah, suppose so. But we find single men on this site and in clubs, a bit creepy if we’re honest. Neither of us like the idea of them perving over our photos. Strictly personal views, but just wondered if there was a way of blocking our photos from the people who we don’t want to see them?

Yeah, see what you’re getting at, but let’s face it, we all know about fake profiles on this site, etc. Our profile clearly states that we’re not interested in single men. We can and have blocked them from messaging us, but we can’t stope them from viewing our photos? It doesn’t make sense. There’s no doubt that there are sad and frustrated men who register on the site just to get off on the photos, hence the ‘saddos’ reference. We’ve seen the way single blokes behave at clubs and they have always come across as saddo losers. Just hanging around and following couple hoping for a quick thrill. Our view is, any normal bloke would find a woman/fuck buddy of his own. These days, there are so many online resources. Anyone who can’t find a partner in this day and age has got to have a personality defect. Again, just our own personal views, but one shared with almost all couples we’ve met so far. Before anyone says it, we had plenty of verifications on our previous account, so we’ve been around quite a lot of swinging couples.

Come on, we’re just being honest. Without honesty, what have we got? Ego’s, imaginations, fantasies? No one is ever going to agree on every subject, we just wanted to know if there was a way to filter who gets to see our photos. This section is the correct one to ask for advice about the site.....isn’t it?

Yes, not very nice at all. Like people have advised before, take the fab facility off, have pics private or friends only and invite those who you want to see them or hide your profile. No need to be rude about one group of people at all.

Wow, thanks so much for that comment. Funny, but none of the couples I've met have had that opinion. You've been the only couple I've seen that have expressed this. Yes, I'm single, do I have a personality defect? No. I would suggest you look a bit closer to home on that front.

I'm not sure how but you have managed to insult a huge swathe of the population, including a lot of the people you would like to meet! I hope that all the widows/widowers or people that didn't choose to be single, or people who are happily single never get to hear your views expressed.

You have been given excellent advice, turn your fabs off, don't look at them or hide your photos and/or your profile from the single saddos or all the male saddos on here so life is all good again phew!

Regardless as to whether you think they're good or not. You've read that they don't want their photos being fabbed by men, but totally ignored their wishes and actively fabbed them.. then went out of your way to point that out.

Yes if you put a pic up publically, anyone can see it. Where is the harm in asking Fab for an option to exclude certain groups from viewing your profile and fabbing the pics.

Yes, saying a lot of men on Fab ard creepy saddo's is a broad statement.. but it has a whiff of truth to it at times and I totally get the OPs request.

There are ways of saying it though and your way is really insulting to all the men on the site which isn't fair and not what the forum is for.

In answer to your question, no there is no option to stop someone looking at your profile other than to block

If you don't want a certain section of the community to see your pics it might be best to put them to friends/ private only

You can turn off Fab's from your account page but it will turn off Fab's for everyone
