We completed the upgrade slightly later than scheduled at approximately 05:25. Everything seemed to go OK.
We've added 5 hours to all site supporter passes to ensure that no one missed out.
If you see any (new) weirdness with the site, please post here.
The upgrade was to help keep the site running fast as traffic continues to grow.

"everything painfully slow for last 24 hours. half the page missing and requests timing out. "
We only made the change at 5am this morning so sounds like something else?
Anyone else seeing this?

Chat is working. Try deleting temp internet files, reboot. If that fails try another browser (chrome? firefox?). Still problems, contact us again.

this could have ben the prblem with us losing our past profile and having to regester we have lost lots of friends we made on the site any ideas of how we can retrive this you have our email address eireh reply to tehre or on here thank you great site made lots of friends and now would hate to lose contact thank you |

My account has been removed/deleted, can you get it back?
No. If you (or someone you've shared your password with e.g. your partner) has removed your account via the remove account page (which is the only way your account will have been removed), then like it says on the "delete account" page, your account has been permanently removed and can't be re-instated. Sorry.
