Profile changed from couple to single male ????

While account hidden this week ?. We even have recent verifications as a couple !. No notification whatsoever. Has our account been hacked ??. Please put it back to a couple or refund our payment immediately. A disgraceful way to treat long time paying members. |

Unlikely to have been hacked, they would have surely done more to your profile if they had. Usually only admin can change it, but seems unusual given your numerous and recent veris. Contact admin they will change it back pretty quickly i guess. |

It's happened to us in the past, no explanation given, but yes, you have to contact admin ask them to change it.
Usually takes a couple of days |

Lots of couples on here meet alone on occasion for many reasons. One out of action for a while, hotwife couples, folk we've already met and trust who want to meet one of us again, couples and singles looking for just one of us etc. Yes Cherry is only interested in bi/curious girls and has a low age limit whereas I don't. Nothing to hide here, our recent veris are clearly all as a couple too. |

Yes we fell for that a few times, a green flag helps but some couples split and the guy carried on under the old couple profile. |

They check out all reports and act if needed.
Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
