Any chance the search filters could be by counties. Maybe choose which counties you’d like to search from, so you could pick as many as you wish?
It would add a bit of flexibility given that in my normal place of residence in North Somerset I’m am no more likely to go to Truro (also in the south west) than I am Brighton, Leeds or Rhyl (similar distances)
Keep fabbing! (Sorry, that was a bit Strictly!) |

Have you looked at the advanced Search.
You can search a set distance from your postcode (first half)
Or search a postcode district (the letter or letters at the start) or even several district
As well as filtering by age gender etc. |

You can search by country.
Just change the country from UK to the one you want

Country and county are two very different things, and in the meet section, being able to search meets by county would be a massive step forward x |

I have, sadly (in this case) I live by the Bristol Channel so a 20 mile radius brings back fabbers who are in Wales and therefore in reality 50/60 miles away. Nothing against welsh fabbers at all, but geographically impractical. The wider a search I perform to get my actual county, the more welsh fabbers I get!
The Postcode districts are the other way altogether, there are 10’s of PostCodes per large town.
Just thinking in this day and age it should be a relatively straightforward search algorithm? |
