They've probably left and that's why they're not showing. Or does the block list only show you the last 100,like the viewed list?
If you're in communication elsewhere, get them to post on the forum and you can access them that way. |

yes you should be able to unblock in forums click on user then click on 4 horizontal lines and the option to block/unblock should be there
