I'd love if there were a little 'message' icon/emoji next to a user's username if I have previously messaged them.
I know that there is a message icon and 'messaged 2 weeks ago' etc when you click on the user's profile, but I really feel it would save time if you already know you've previously contacted said person.
A simple update but effective in my opinion. |

How many people are you messaging exactly? I tend to know who I’ve messaged! |

People may message more than once if the origanal message hasnt been read.
We all know that women get hundreds of messages on here and any message can be lost in a sea of inbox.
A few years ago when i was with my ex i set her a profile up on here and she had 80+ messages in about 30 mins. |

I can't recall if it's an option but I could imagine an advanced search option to exclude or include people that you've messaged before could be helpful, especially for those who aren't paid site supporters |

If ever I message someone who turns out not to be interested then I block them. Not because I've had a hissy fit. Guarantees I won't bother them again. Only time I get a hissy fit is when someone reads my message and deletes it without an acknowledgement. Now THAT pisses me off and is an immediate block. Takes seconds to write "Thanks but not interested." |

We are often miffed a bit when you reply back and once read they instantly delete the messages..single guys too, who, no offence to them, will probably not get that many replies. So it's not a case of a bulky inbox, the reason for deleting..We let the site delete ours..we keep them for future reference...The amount of times we get sent a message from the same people with the same message is annoying. |
