Why not have an option to turn them off, find them pointless

To be fair you don’t need to check them. The solitary wink I may get once a week restores my faith in Fab

We use them as an icebreaker sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t but think more people would rather keep them than lose them

I agree, we prefer winks too. That way avoid awkward "no thanks" or plain old deleted messages.

We agree too , we like the wink system as an icebreaker , if they reply we will then send a message , if they dont we know that we arent for them

Fully agree with this statement. It’s more polite than writing an intro message to see it unread and deleted.

I’ve met loads of people who’ve just given a wink, so don’t remove it. If people don’t want to see them, just don’t look

An option to turn them off would be good. I find them pointless.

Erm I know some people find them lazy but I don’t mind them. It at least let’s me know that someone fancies me and if I like the look of them and their profile then I’ll drop them a message... but get that not everyone’s keen...

I don’t mind them tbh. It’s nice receiving them on the odd occasion, just a shame I don’t get that many off women haha

I like winks

Lets me see someone is interested without filling my mail box and if I like what I see I can make contact.

Keep the wink, for some it's an easy option for others it's to show genuine interest..

Who needs winks when you can send random friends requests

We quite like giving and receiving winks

It’s a little flirty.

It is a quick way to see if people like us too

However- I do understand some people find them useless/ annoying.

So the option to turn them off (if you want) like fabbing pics surely can be an easy addition?

When I used to have a singles profile I never checked winks...

However with our couple's profile, I've found that they are actually very useful between couples
