Hi, we're probably being stupid, but we have 1 unread message according to the top of our mobile bar, and yet we can't see one? Any tips? It's been there for aggggges!

Happened to us last month. If your on the new new mailbox. Go back the the old mail box and you’ll see it. Once it’s read you can go back to the new mail box! |

Glad it’s sorted.
Bugged us too till we figured it out. we deleted loads and messed about and it was still there!
