Rejecting pictures?

I've been here for many years now under different status's and have had odd things happen with pictures before. One time I had pictures removed that had been on many years as they didn't feature me! Having been previously approved? I have certain interests which were featured and they were obviously over 18,no faces etc...
I've now just tried to post a new one of me standing in front of a car.No obscured face etc and clearly me relating to my other approved pics.. However it's been rejected on the grounds it could be a screenshot etc,although I've seen many here with similar borders??? The process seems a little random at best? I appreciate that the decision is based on an opinion and no one person could do the job so standards will vary and it must be a fairly instant decision given the volume that would be needed to be scanned. However I'm going to try again today in the hope someone more lenient/aware may be on duty?
My point being. Could the site have a small appeal process installed for the odd case where there is a query?
B.t.w. I do understand that pic moderators are volunteers from site who are just trying to assist! So appreciate that strict rules can't be imposed and hope there wouldn't be to many difficult old sticks like me complaining...
I still think it's the very best site of its kind I've come across and have recommended it to many over the years usually single lady's who of course are an asset to the site???

There is an appeals case you get told to leave the rejeced pics in ur gallery and ask them to be looked at again |

Thanks for the advice! I didn't see that.
But!!!
The good news is I've just resubmitted and. Joy! It's been approved!!! Yay! Thank you site!  I have terrible trouble with technology and get bored quickly as I find it irritating in general. But it shows persistence pays?

Pictures can get rejected no matter how long they have been on the site if they are reviewed for some reason and dont comply with the pic rules.
Even if its certain that the profile holder is in the pic, pics will be rejected as screenshots if they are screengrabs, photos of photos, pics with icons on them from mobile phones etc
If you think a pic has been rejected in error, leave the pic in your gallery and use the CONTACT link to ask Admin to review it  |
