Hi I've opted to receive notifications if someone messages me and have my push enabled but I don't get any notification when I get a message. I'm not sure what else I need to do for it to work?? |

Hi there
I have the same issue with the notifications not working.
I use a Samsung J6 in the UK which has the problem, but my old Vodafone N9 I use in Fuerteventura, works fine...
My suspicion is that it is something to do with the phones software.
Are you an Android or iPhone user ?

Its likely you are one of those lucky ones that get loads of messages. Because of that your phone thinks the constant pushed messages are spam. As above check your spam filter and add the email address as a favourite/contact. |
