site inprovment, what do you think site needs more of/less of.
me personally mods give 3 warnings in case someones net work is lagging,
also need to spam more bring new members to site,

I think as adults we shouldn't have to be reminded of the rules at all as they go through the chat room every few minutes although most mods give a reminder...and if someone has that much lag in chat I would change my service provider
The spamming bit I don't get though...who do you want to spam? and wouldn't people being spammed just bin it? |

3 times.....imagine in the room theres loads of directing going on....and 1 mod....3 warnings....u would spend ur time warning and no time to ban anyone....
the rules are in black and white....if you choose not to read them then thats ur own fault....simples....
personally i think 3 warnings is just too much esp when theres a lot of directing... a lot or agruing going on...
as for serious bans such as threatning people...children on cam..animal sex i dont think theres should even be a warning as these things speak for themselves.... |

spamming,
its when you go on other chat sites, and what other people call plugging,
go to other sites, and bring members here,
also a way to help site, and pay for server help owner,
after a member is on 3 months they must pay supporters fees, 5 pounds a month, |

so u have to go check member is new if he is new u give them 3 warnings....
bit time consuming considering mods are in room to chat aswell as moderate....end of the day the day it should be the same accross the board new...to old...
automated pointers are up in room pointing to rules every few mins....and the rules are in black and white...

i know hun, when a first joind, the rules came up on chat in new room, i did not know myself to click on it,
it dont have to be from mods, about someone saying about directing,enen if a mods watching chat, |

Remembering that this site has a rule for promoting other sites, how do you think the other sites would react if people went there and promoted fabs?
And who will pay the fee's for people to do this (most other sites require a subscription to use chat).
Too many warnings in the room spoil it just as much as people breaking the rules. I'd imagine all mods give some give and take if they see a member is new but when the room is busy its not always possible.
And as said, as you know mods aren't in the chat just to mod, were all members too and are on the site for the same reasons as everyone else so were there to chat too... We can't keep a track on who has been personally warned and who hasn't.
If they are just warned three times they will know they can direct three times and get away with it. Don't you think that would piss more people off who are there to chat than pissing off a small minority that can't read the rules?
If genuine chatters see rule breaking, most it seems (from other threads asking for more mods etc) want it dealt with there and then. Why pander to the directors when its regular chatters who abide by the rules suffer?

steve, as you know, i use to run my own chat sites, and spamming other sites is against any chat site rules,
but hay hoe, got to break site rules to get sites bigger n better, why do you think fab is growing and growing, by people spamming for fab on other sites lol,
just hope a dont get caught in other sites spamming for here lol,  |
