My profile is hidden currently. Yet another site member, a person I have met once, has been reading a verification I received last week; one that is not displayed in profile when it’s not hidden, nor is my summary.
How could this happen? Is there a problem with site security?

But verifications not displayed?
In itself that’s still a bit of a privacy issue. A verification is personal data and should not be accessible if you hide your profile... |

I agree, everything should be hidden when a profile is hidden or someone is blocked. Btw a verification I have chosen not to display is not shown (hotlipsharlot is my single profile) so no idea how someone can read yours

Yes I did lol
But my verification summary and latest ones aren’t displayed.
Does being friends mean an update is available to read saying such and such got a verification? Even if chose not to show and my summary is not displayed (and profile hidden) |

There are updates saying things like "X has now been verified by 5 people" etc |

I think you will see an update on your homepage of friends, but they won't be able to see the whole verification unless you have it shown. Did you mean they said they saw you had a new veri? |

When friends or people on my hot list get a verification, it appears in my updates about them - even if the actual verification is hidden but you are showing the verification summary |
