I am a single female.

Why has fab admin changed me to a couple.

I have been verified.

Why wont they answer my messages to them.

They did answer you first thread and you must have read it as you answered after them.

Bascially they said if you are meeting as a couple as your profile suggests then you are classed as a couple.
