currently if you get blocked first the only way to block the blocker is to go to your block list and enter their username in the text box ...
why can you not block from their profile page (in some instances they may well have you blocked but, when you are off line unblock you to peruse your profile before re-blocking) ...
if you've been blocked why must you have the agro to block them?? |

Because you cannot access a profile that has blocked you!! If as you say that someone then unblocks you so they can peruse your pics, they will re-block you once they have looked, therefore to block them, you would have to be online at the same time and realistically whilst possible, you won't know that.
Note their name down, block them and forget about it |

I thought that, even if you were blocked, once you were on their profile, you still had the block and report buttons? |
