Suspended profile?

Another user cannot send or recieve messages, post in forums, or go into the chatrooms. I did tell him to send admin a message, but he has tried twice, guess the inability to send messages also extends to contacting the site lol!
It sounds to me like his profile has been suspended, but he swears blind he hasnt done anything wrong, nor has he had a message from admin telling him he's been a naughty boy.
I have sent messages to admin too, but no response, which I can understand as they may not want to tell me about his profile, but he's heard nothing either kinda hoping doing it on here might get something done?
Or.... is this actually a techie problem, has anyone else experienced this?  |

"he" should use contact link to contact admin.
