would there be any possibility of having a site calendar ..... so when people are organising the big socials, they could avoid conflicts and make sure that people can attend all of them ? |

Great idea; it would be simpler to decide if there are events at clubs people would like to travel to. Far easier than trawling through the club events forum or just going back and forth on the various websites. |

It would be great .I've started putting dates on my own profile notes to keep up with meets ..Although that doesn't help if you're looking at parties and events |

Definitely!
The site definitely needs more updates around arranging meetings. Search functions, calendars, event listing, that sort of thing. |
