I can think of a few auto responses that would be good:
"Sorry, you are not what I'm looking for at the moment" (to appease the 'no reply is rude' crowd - preferably with the option to automatically block!)
"Sorry, I don't do same day meets"
"Thank you for your message. I'm not currently meeting, so I'll be in contact when/if that changes"
"Thank you for your message. I'm interested, but a bit busy to respond properly at the moment!"

People would complain it is impersonal. People (usually men) moan about not getting a reply even if it is just to say no thank you. They say things like it only takes under a minute to type no thanks.
Years ago fab had a button you clicked on your profile that sent an automatic "No thank you" or something like that to people who messaged you that you are not interested in. ~People went from complaining they never get a no thank you to complaining the automated no thank you is impersonal.
