is anyone else having this problem?? i have set the age filters at 25 to 50 and yet i've just been mailed by a 23yr old. this is not the first underage guy to mail me since i set my filters - i've also had a couple of over 50s too.  |

If you contact us privately with username we'll check into this for you. Whenever we've checked for others they have mailed the person and simply not recalled it but we're happy to check it out.

Think someone can change there age, mail you then change it back again as we have had mail from people that have done it 
Maybe prevent people from changing there age might be the way to go? as system auto updates your profile on your birthday anyway.

If someone changes their age then tries to mail an age blocked profile, they will still be blocked.

Nice to know .. although we have had mail before from someone out our age range that we have never spoke to before so came to that conclusion.
Maybe they mailed us while in our age bracket then changed there age outside it afterwards

we've found having previously been polite by sending thanks, But No Thanks replies has come back to haunt us as those outside our 'set' age range have got back through |

You've not blocked anyone outside your age range, you need to do this via filters page:
http://www.fabswingers.com/my/filters
Once you have blocked them, the only people outside your age range who can mail you are friends or those who you have mailed/winked before.

Just an update we checked this out and the filters are working fine.
If you have mailed someone before, they will be able to mail you back regardless of filters. If you want to block them specifically you can block them from their profile/message.
