Unable to send messages

When I try to send a message I get a message saying that I am unable to due to a block and that this will be ok if I wait a couple of hours. This was 6 hours ago!!! Any suggestions please?

Patience!

You may have activated an auto-block - easy to do, making it look like you have broken site rules.

Keep trying again every couple of hours.
