tried to upgrade
paypal is a problem even though there are good funds in there as epoch recognises that I am abroad.
txt and calls . says that only works in the UK
can I use a French bank card to do the job (will pay for the year if it does )
running out of options , not back in the UK until November to sort Bank out. |
