Anyone else having trouble leaving varifications?

Left them before, all good, but for some reason any I do this weekend are just not appearing on the other person's profile. I've spoken to them and they have shown me its not on their account, even after doing it a couple of times.

Do they block single guys? If so, I don't think you can leave them a verification unless you are friends with them?
