we're having trouble trying to varify a member, when we click to varify it comes up that we dont have access as we are not varified. are we doing it wrong or is it a glitch

I think its because you are only photo verifyed and you have to be fully verifyed as in actualy meeting someone or web cam or by phone to verify someone else x
