reporting fake profiles and nothing seems to be done about it

I recently reported someone who I strongly thought had up to 14 fake profiles, all active at the same time. I reported it a couples of times, both collectively and through individual complaints by 'report user', but nothing seems to have been done about it. The first time was about 2 months ago.
It's made me cagey when chatting to new profiles.
I like this site, but disappointed by the site's owners lack of action.
I know some former paying members who left the site because of this and they do not wish to return, telling me: 'that fab doesn't appear a good place to be'.
Has anyone else reported fake profiles and nothing seems to be done about it? |

We don't just disable accounts on a "hunch". Your reports will have been reviewed by Admin and if we found proof of fake profiles we will have suspended them.
As per the message you see when you leave a report we don't provide feedback on actions we take.
We do however think we're probably more proactive and diligent in removing fake profile than any other similar site.
