I've read your example of abuse etc..
What happens if the person has sent contact details for ex ternal contact in the message before deleting their profile. .. if you delete that message before the recipient reads it etc etc . |

Does this also include saved messages from the UNLOS. For example those with contact details or messages a person might have been saving to use in evidence later? |

Exactly... that message might have details in I'd like.!!"
Any thoughts admin ??
The example you cite of abuse has zero effect if the "fake" profile doesn't go unlos. however the example I'm offering does. |

Presently, saved messages still stay.

Yes, we can understand why that sounds like a good idea . . but is it? For every "abusive spammer" that hits your web-site there will be ONE HUNDRED fold "ping-pong" FREEBIE user's who, here today and back with another name next week, genuine site-supporter DO need to keep records on to stop their own time being wasted.
Those of us who do use the ability to save messages have that ability . . and it often saves us wasting time too.
So . . on balance . . not something that benefits subscribers to your web-site . . though it might save you some pennies on your server storage costs. |
