Message problem

Hi guys

We are having an issue with some of our messages.

When we receive a message from someone and another comes from the same person.

We open the message, and then it states as we’ve replied, when we have not.

It’s started to happen when the new mail box was launched.

We are not complaining about the site, just seems strange it started after the upgrade

Has anyone had a similar problem.

I had it once since I changed to the new look inbox, thought it was odd as nothing showed in my sent mail but it's not happened since.
