"It would be good if there was somewhere you could report time wasters on either a 3 strikes and you are out or a wall where they can be named and shamed"
Never going to work. We could say you arranged to meet us and didnt turn up (didnt happen of course) but people will do this when they cant handle rejection.

Would not work. Too many vindictive people who cannot handle rejection.
Just delete and block. Then move on. It's fab. Time wasters and no shows. It happens. Try to avoid where you can
