I think there should be a priority feature where you can select certain profiles that interest you most and you can select that profile and no matter how many messages you get they go to the top.

I believe he means that the person who receives the messages can choose who goes to the top of the pile.

Not a bad idea... We all have our hotlist if an email comes in and the profile is on the hotlist then it could be pinned to the top regardless of the date it came in
