Am getting mail form men but i don't what that mail my profile says not looking for singe males the mail filter is not working

Have you actually blocked men from messaging you using your filters or just ticked not looking for single men?

go to your Message Filters and look were it say who can mail you see if male one is block that how you stop them mailing you
