I just want to say thank you for adding in the grouped mailbox. It helps massively as sometimes you forget to add private notes and being able to see the last messages is so much easier.

Agreed, it's so much easier to manage messages, plus see when people have said infavourable things in the past (I've only just found private notes lol) so had to rely on messages and memory |
