Can you please tell me if you are able to control how long both the inbox and messages sent are kept for. My sent messages are now only able to be seen for the past couple of days. And the received messages for only a few days |

Your inbox is NOT paginated.
You can see about 100 or so (I think not counted), if you delete 10, then 10 older ones appear.
The oldest is generally about 3 weeks.
This is just from my observations.
The grouped inbox on the mobile site is a huge improvement but pagination is sorely needed. |

I have only got emails saved in my inbox for 7 days and emails sent for only 3 days. I do not know why this is happening when everyone else seems to have emails saved or much longer periods and don't know how I can change this?.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated?

Maybe down to how many messages you send ?
I don't send that many messages, so maybe there is numerical maximum number.
If you have a global say 1,000 limit and you send 500 messages you can only have 500 inbox, you send 750, then only 250 inbox.
It's also possible women and couples have a larger capacity, and also site supporters get more. |
