Apologies if I'm missing something obvious, but is there a way of switching the email notifications back on for when you receive a new message or wink on here (I used to get emails automatically before).

At the moment only private message notifications are going out we hope to turn on wink/friend notifications next week...... for those who have opted into them of course.
