The new post box is great. Makes life so much easier on site, it could all get a bit confused before xxxx

Like the grouped feature but if someone sends you 2 messages in a row it only seems to realise you opened one and you have unread message notification without actually having unread messages

Also if you switch back to old mailbox to find those messages and delete them ... all the messages you have already deleted are still there

If someone has sent me images in an earlier message in the thread- can I still access those? They seem to have gone or are not openable.

We do find the new mail box much better especially when we can see all chats from those we have spoken to without having to hunt for previous messages with a detail we may want to check
