Online now lag

Bugs me every time. The delay that occurs by 3-8 minutes in someone being on or not. Very annoying to think someone is online only to find they are not because of delay

My Own Little World

I have found the refresh rate of this site is about 5 minutes.

I have logged out of my couples acc and into this one and it will still show my couples account as online upto 5 minutes later.
