I understand people wanting TV separated from TS. But why now are TS becoming women? I don't want to be contacted by TS or TV's. I have no sexual interest in them. Now i've noticed a couple of these lucky people have managed to become "fab" women. Is this just a filter bypass? Or have they become legally feminised? Surely still TV/TS?

Trans women who have undergone gender reassignment might identify as trans-women or might identify simply as women (feeling that being trans is something they went through to arrive at their true gender).

Gender reassignment might include social, medical and legal steps (e.g. name change, appearance change, hormones, surgery) but needn't include all of them.

Trans people can apply for a gender recognition certificate which changes their legal sex for all purposes.

So a person who was assigned male at birth (meaning they were given a male birth certificate), might identify as a woman or might legally be a woman.

It'll always be your choice who you want to have sex with, just as these women may or may not want to have sex with you.

Does that mean that once the lady has undergone her process, it is fine and above board to have a female profile and continue as thus?

Well yes. (And would probably open up legal problems if not.)

Its entirely possible that this would be the case with someone you've already had sex with

A trans woman may or may not have a penis but in many places can be recognised as a legal woman. Obviously the opposite is true for trans men.

This is quite a hot topic all over the western world where we have so much freedom that we start to fuck around with truths that are as old as humans.

My personal opinion is that everyone has the right to live however they find joy and contentment but I’m not going to pretend that a woman is a man and vice versa just to save the feelings of a very minuscule percentage of the population who have an identity issue.

I've had sex with a transsexual, she fucked me in the ass with her cock. As she was legally a woman it was a straight sexual act. I knew what i was getting. However when looking for a woman i want to meet someone who has always been physically female. I don't want any surprises....

When my gender reassignment I will identify as a 'woman'. Don't worry though I won't come chasing you and will always discuss my story with a partner first.

If you identify as a woman then you’re a woman. I don’t really understand how you can’t be. Some may be transitioning, others might be genderfluid (like me). I was born a female but I range from one end of the gender spectrum to the other. It’s tough to explain exactly how that feels, but I guess that’s why I stick to just being female on here and bugger off when my counter ticks too far out. If a female born biologically male contacts you, you’ve got every right to say thanks but no thanks.

You have the right to insist you get a Porsche and not a Ford because they're inanimate objects you're paying for... as you're not paying anyone here for anything and people aren't objects on Fab then you have to use your social skills, discernment and hopefully some manners so you don't get unwanted life experiences... But it's often said that those who think about things they don't want as much as the things they do want, will magnetise those unwanted experiences to them due to the law of attraction...

If someone has had full op and has female parts then she would have also undertaken the legal steps to become a woman legally

So physically and legally she is a woman she has every right to have a female profile and you probably may find that if they got to a stage that they felt they should share the fact they have under gone this surgery then they will tell you

Before that what business is it to anyone else?

Some trans people start an entire new life as well and work friend ect will only of known them as a woman...enough ppl are shit scared I'd being outed for being on fab let alone being outed for being on fab and the fact that once in the past they was male

Just me talking personally if someone has a cock, then they are a man. Yes, others will argue there are grey areas, but for me there isn't. I wouldn't play with a man dressed as a man, TV/TS, a lady boy or any other combination.

A piece of paper saying a man is a woman, doesn't really hold with me. Especially if there is a cock involved.

I don't have a problem with how anyone identifies, straight, bi, gay, TV, TS, pre op, post op. I just know what I like and don't like.

If the people you are talking about are presenting as a female as they are transitioning they would normally have that on their profile.

If you think someone is trying to dupe people into thinking they are female then I would report.

Completely agree. If there was an alternative to tv/ts I'd use it. My profile is clear, but the very artificial classification used by Fab means that I'm just as much in the wrong place as I would be showing as a man. Time to recognise that there is a sexual spectrum and we are all on it somewhere - or maybe we move around!

According to what I have found it says if TG are transitioning they can be classed as a woman, so it could be why you have seen profiles like this.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transgender_rights_in_the_United_Kingdom

"Since 4 April 2005, as per the Gender Recognition Act 2004, it is possible for transgender people to change their legal gender in the UK, allowing them to acquire a new birth certificate, affording them full recognition of their acquired sex in law for all purposes. Transgender people must present evidence to a Gender Recognition Panel, which considers their case and issues a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC); they must have transitioned two years before a GRC is issued. It is not a requirement for sex reassignment surgery to have taken place, although such surgery will be accepted as part of the supporting evidence for a case where it has taken place. There is formal approval of medical gender reassignment available either on the National Health Service (NHS) or privately."

Supposing a woman had undergone all that reconstructive surgery and a guy really fancied her.

And then suppose that, despite all her surgery, being stunningly beautiful and this guy fancying the knickers off her,she hadn't bothered to fill in a load of forms (and pay a lot of money) to get the paperwork in order.

Would that make any guy change his mind?

Who checks birth certificates anyway?

They could just have the categories 'V','P' or 'None of the above'. It's then up to the individual to ask about the origins of the genitalia.

Next time you are with a woman,i would love you to point at her pussy and ask 'have you always had that?' Go on,I double dare you. (please tell us what her answer was,,,please ).

Here's an interesting scenario (interesting to me at least).

A guy meets a woman in a bar, they get chatting, they really hit it off, they really like each other, one thing leads to another and they get a hotel room.

The sex is amazing. He goes down on her and works wonders with his tongue, she is in ecstasy. She returns tha favour,,,,then they fuck like it was going out of fashion.

In the morning, they part and never see each other again.

The woman at no point mentioned that she transitioned, several years ago. The subject just never came up and it never crossed the guys mind to ask.

Has he been deceived in any way at all?

Asking for a friend,obviously.

There is formal approval of medical gender reassignment available either on the National Health Service (NHS) or privately."

So maybe fab doesn't need the TS category at all? Just cd/tv men and women?

why are you obsessed with categories? Let people tell their own stories, using their language. Is that really so complicated?"

This is the fabswingers feedback forum. I think if you want a deep and meaningful conversation you should start your own thread in a more relevant section.

This was a quote about how the law stands, not Fab. I am guessing there are people who like to use the options set, some may not.

Tv/Ts, is too wide a category, why should someone who is transitioning, be lumped together with someone who dresses as the other gender for fun and excitement, some of these Ts girls have literally put their lives on the line to have this birth defect rectified. And once they have gone through the years of heartache and struggle, why shouldn't they be allowed to be categorised as their innate gender.

There are many stunning Trans women, you would never tell the difference unless you are a gynacologist. This is an irrational fear, often brought about by the male ego and peer pressure, ie what will my mates think.

Yes, I am a trans woman, I am a person first, a woman second and the fact that I was born male is way down the list, nobody realises without me telling them, even play partners. I chose not to divulge this information, because it's caused me a lot of heartache by doing so, ranging from ignorant idiots to vile abuse, and if I put myself in with the tv category, I attract the totally wrong people for me

agreed, something needs to change. But you're not the kind of woman I'm talking about.

"Here's an interesting scenario (interesting to me at least).

Asking for a friend,obviously."

Maybe start a thread and ask people?
