New mobile

So I got my new upgrade phone and I can access fab via WiFi but can't access fab via my mobile data even tho I have the same sim I used on my last phone and my tariff is just the same

Any suggestions what the problem is :-/

This happend to me when i got my upgrade I had to take it in the shop they put your block bk on when u get a new phone

Go to your provider account and turn the parental control off.
