It isn't.
Some profiles are asked to PV on starting but it isn't compulsory for all new profiles. |

And if they don’t want to photo verify to begin with they can’t join. They can’t get past the 1st part.
So as it stands if they don’t do it they can’t join. That says to me they have to verify to complete the joining procedure. |

This isn’t about PV, it’s about them having to do something just to join this site when admin clearly state that it isn’t compulsory. |
