Couples with photo verification - time limit?

Just a thought... but should there be an expiry date on couples photo verifications... should they have to renew every year? afterall whos to say they'll still be playing as a couple as time goes on...

Any thoughts

Ps (i'm assuming that both parties have to be in the photo tbat is submitted...)
