Check messages are not going to your junk email it happened to me and they were there so had to mark as not junk

Are you using google chrome browser? That is the only one they work with at the moment.

Using on my phone and so far has worked fine. Lets me know when I get a message. Just what it says on the tin.

Yeah we don't always get the notifications now... Nothing has changed on our phone but times they don't even come through..

Same here. Push notification not working now and it used to. Love that facility

Not sure that's true as it's working okay on fab guys and not using chrome !!!
