when you click on room names list if you click on cams all the ppl with cams on will come up to the top but lately there are gaps showing but they not from ppl who blocked I can see profiles but not their cams any answers please

I've always understood that if they sort to the top of the list, but you can't see the cam icon against the name, then they have you blocked.
