Photo descriptions?

Evening all.

Sorry if this has been asked before but just wondering if it could be possible to add a title / description to photos that are posted? It would add a little context to images when posted that could be fun.

Not talking about comments from others but the poster adding the title / description when first loaded.

We used to have this a long while back but admin removed it
