Pay site adverts and escorts!

Seems to be more and more "pay for me on kik" and add me to this site or another, to see me "on cam" profiles popping up and "single" fems who advertise for people to add them and they are escorts asking for ££!!

Is there any view on blocking these OR giving them there own status of paid worker...??

For me this was a swinging site not Adult work!!
