no - just ran a search again and it brought up 3 profiles in the first 2 pages that only had private pics, had no avatar, and weren't photo-verified |

Can you paste the full search URL onto this thread we'll have a look.
The "has photos" flag is updated every x minutes each day so it's not always guaranteed to be 100% accurate

Here you go - at the time I searched there were at least 2 results on the first page that didn't match the search criteria - I.e. didn't have public pics
