Meet listings - Restrict 'looking to meet' options based on preferences

I find it really frustrating that people are allowed to select M in the 'looking to meet' options when they have single males blocked.

Can you restrict this so that they can only select M if they are able to receive emails from Males.

They'll be able to receive messages from all the males on their friends list and those they've messaged before.
