Repeat offenders

There's a couple who, when asked about a meet, told me it would cost £200! I reported them and presumably something was done, as the profile disappeared, only to be replaced a few hours later, but with an extra letter "m". Now they're back again with yet another "m". Are admin aware of this contemptuous behaviour?
