How about an option to post short videos to your profile. Each profile could say upload 10 megabits of video it could be one long or 2 or 3 very short ones, could be categorised like they do with our uploaded photos. |

I wouldn't be totally against this on the site. Even though 99.9% of videos would guys wanking or stuff copied from porn hub etc. I just think for the amount of resource it would consume policing it most members would I think prioritise a lot of other features. Also the new British porn laws make checking pictures bad enough videos would I imagine be a nightmare. |

Videos could be a good idea if done right.
Say limit it to only gold members...would encourage people to subscribe if they wanted to post videos.
Give the option in profile settings to turn videos off....dont want to see them, dont have to.
However on a site like this it would also mean a huge overhaul of the site, profiles ect ect.
One thing saying the subscription fees would cover the bandwith charges, how about storage space? ... If everyone were to upload a 150mb HD movie that equates to a hell of a lot of storage space for 20,000 users its over 3TBs. Some people would add a lot more.
More videos would draw in more fake profiles, more time wasters who would get off on talking to the next jenna jameson in their eyes.
More idiots, more people would walk away from here due to it becoming a porn show rather than a social connections site....less people paying because they have left so the site will either have to push into adverts to get funds back in to keep up with the demand for video space or close |

That those present are over 18?
That there are no animals in the vid?
There are no under 18s in the vids, that includes a TV on in the background, family photos on the wall?
To my knowledge the image mods have to check for these things in unloaded pics, I would assume they would have to check for them in videos too.

Wow strong feelings about video on this site be it for or against. I do like the idea but as point out it would open a big can of worms. Think it could work if thought out properly.
I Understand the thought/ problem of video's being ripped straight from porn sites and posted on here,but for the genuine profit/ people on this site it would be good.

Some couples have been for it, but I'd say my money would be safely placed on it being more preferred by the male half of the couple. My ex was all for it too when we were on here as a couple, I just honestly can't think of a worse edition to the site
I imagine moderating such a feature would be a bloody nightmare also, I certainly wouldn't envy the mods having to do it |
