why do photos take so long to be accepted

everyone posts pics to get attention to their profile.
A noticed the other day most pics are accepted in minutes and appear on the first page.
ours takes up to 20 minutes and appear on about page 4 so no one sees them.  |

Maybe the mods have there own lives too. They don't get paid for what they do.. |

It obviously depends on how many mods are online to approve but on average it takes about 8 minutes to approve pics. |

Put them in early about 7-8 am they always get verified quickly then from my experience |
