Hi,

When I try to upgrade via credit card on Fab it won't work at all. I attempt to click on gold or silver, but it doesn't send me anywhere.

Try again with another browser, it does work here (although it's slightly slow so give it time!)

Let us know how you get on

Hi there,

I have the same problem, the card link appears to be broken. I have tried using Frefox 4 and 5 also gave Safari a try without joy. It worked fine on FF4 116 days ago.

I don't get any signs that it is even attemting to connect, it is like the button has lost its hyperlink code and is just a graphic.

Any ideas?

(removed something you copied+pasted)

So when you click on the "£10 gold" on Fab what happens? Anything?

Or is the problem when you end up on the ibill page?

Click on either the gold or silver buttons and nothing happens, the link on the button appears to be broken. From looking at the source code it should go to ibills site, so the problem may be in the javascript. Not sure I only dabble in such matters.

Sorry cant really be more help.

Can you try on google chrome see if that works?

Any firewall/AV you could turn off temporarily?

Works fine in the latest version of Chrome for mac so must be a browser specific problem.

Thanks for your help, great work on the site in the last few months btw.

Glad it works, and thanks

What exact browser combo did you have problems with, we'll try and fix it?

Firefox 5.0 also rolled back to Firefox 4.3 and Safari 5.0.5 Running a Mac so did not try internet explorer.

I tend to favour Firefox but latest version 5.0 appears to have a few problems, a lot of my add ons have stopped working hence the rollback to 4.3.

I tried to upgrade using a credit card on the 19th June. The transaction went through and I have had two emails from iBillcs showing that the transaction went through. It is also showing on my credit card statement.

However, I still havent been upgraded.

We were going to upgrade using the credit card but didn't like the fact that ibills webpage doesn't have a valid signature

Presume you meant the HTTPS certificate? It shows as good here, what browser are you using?
