Have read some of the problems other members have had - but the problem we have is that our laptop cam has been disabled - but the site will not recognise the Microsfot Life Cam we bought and tried to use.
Could anyone help us out please.

Go to the chat page and right click on "Click to start cam"
Then choose "Settings"
Then click on the webcam tab (last one near the close button).
You should have a dropdown list of cameras, pick your camera and make sure "Allow" it selected on the second tab (privacy tab)
Click close and reload the chat page and see if that sorts it. |

we have a webcam within the laptop we use, under windows 7, and the webcam works fine on the site - we use Explorer rather than firefox.
