Admin replying to complaints

I have complained twice now to admin via the instructions on the site and have not received a reply or acknowledgement both times.... Can anyone explain why please ??? Many Thanks

You won't get a reply ( 99.99%) of the time you won't.Admin will look into your report and deal with it accordingly.

Through the contact button.....they read every contact sent and but depending on what it is they may not reply.

Reporting a profile....they investigate every report and deal with if needed but they don't let the person reporting know what action ( if any ) has been taken.

Nothing I have reported about my own account or others has ever been acted upon. It's a joke.

Very quick to jump on you but not quick enough to reply to a request or complaint. I appealed a ban and got absolutely nothing back from admin

Probably because they receive a million and one reports / complaints each and every day and if they sat replying to every one of them, they'd have no time to do anything else - including running and maintaining the site.

All I can say is that on the very odd occasion I've reported anything, I haven't had a direct reply but I have been able to tell that my complaint has been acted upon.

Here is an answer from Admin about forum bans. As you can see. if they think a ban was justified you won't hear anything back from them.

"If you contact us about a forum timeout we will look into it. If you don't hear back from us you can assume we think the timeout is fair .

If you treat the forums as a bit of fun, you won't go far wrong and you're really unlikely to have any problems.

Closing this now, any specific mod issues feel free to contact us directly.
